Club Prep Weekend for Climbfest
Club members are asked to come along and help preparations for Climbfest with ground works at the club campsite and route and access cleaning at local crags. The campiste won't be available so camp either at the pier car park or at the car park adjacent to Culdaff Beach.

Climbfest 2026
Climbfest will be held this year on the usual May bank holiday weekend May 1st to 4th with base at Culdaff and with climbing at both Culdaff and further afield around the Inishowen peninsula such as Malin Head, Port a Doris, Warm Bay Point, Isle of Doagh... The stunning Belmullet peninsula is the venue for this Colmcille climbing weekend meet in Mayo. Paddy O'Brien led a joint CCC and IMC meet there in August last year and many new routes were climbed ranging from V Diff to HVS. All attending agreed it to be a superb location. Island June Climbing Weekend
The iconic annual mid summer Island climbing camping hiking kayaking weekend will be the June 19-20-21st weekend on Gola. Gola is serviced by a ferry from Maghergallon pier. Camping is possible on the Island or there is camping for both tents and vans at Maghergallon Pier.
